Pregnancy Belly & Body Oil
Carry is an unscented body oil created to support the physical changes of pregnancy through touch, movement, and daily care.
The formula is intentionally simple and pregnancy-safe, designed for bodies that are stretching, shifting, and adapting. Carry offers glide without heaviness, nourishment without irritation, and comfort without added scent.
At its base is a slow herb infusion of calendula, chamomile, and rose, traditionally used to support sensitive skin and tissue comfort. The infusion is blended with olive oil, sweet almond oil, and jojoba oil to create a medium-weight oil that absorbs well while still allowing for sustained touch. Camellia oil and squalane add softness and slip without residue. Vitamin E supports skin integrity and shelf stability.
Carry is designed to be used during pregnancy for:
Belly and body massage
Gentle stretching and movement
Partner or self-touch
Daily skin nourishment
It contains no essential oils, no fragrance, and no added scent. This allows it to be used freely without concern for sensitivity, nausea, or overstimulation.
Carry is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and is safe for use throughout pregnancy when applied externally.

Postpartum Body Balm
Hold is an unscented postpartum body balm designed to support healing, tissue integrity, and nervous system regulation after birth.
After pregnancy and delivery, the body is reorganizing — skin, fascia, and deeper support systems adjusting to changes in load, pressure, and connection. Hold was created to support this phase through touch that is steady, grounding, and contained.
The balm begins with a slow herb infusion of calendula, plantain, and chamomile, traditionally used to support sensitive and recovering skin. The infusion is blended with olive oil and shea butter to create a soft, warming balm that melts easily in the hands and allows for controlled, sustained contact. Tamanu oil supports tissue recovery and scar quality, while batana oil nourishes the skin and underlying connective tissue, helping tissues feel more supported and resilient over time. A small amount of vitamin E supports skin integrity and shelf stability.
Hold is intentionally unscented. It is designed to be used through belly and body massage, allowing the nervous system to settle while tissues receive consistent, reassuring input. Slow, repeated touch over the abdomen can support relaxation, improve circulation, and help the body transition out of a heightened postpartum state.
Hold may be used postpartum to support:
Firming and supporting the skin as tissues recover
Nourishing fascia and connective tissue
Improving the feel and appearance of scars over time (external use only)
Postpartum healing and body awareness
Nervous system calming through belly massage and touch
Hold does not promise correction or “snap back.” Its role is to support the body as it rebuilds tone, connection, and internal support at its own pace.
Hold is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and is intended for external use only during the postpartum period
An optional tool to support postpartum abdominal skin and tissue recovery once healing is complete.
Designed for external abdominal use only, this derma roller may help support circulation, tissue quality, and the appearance of abdominal scars over time. Best used with Hold to provide glide and nourish the skin.
Use only on fully healed skin and after provider clearance
Self Paced Birth Prep Course
Preparing the Nurtured Body for Birth is a hands-on, body-based birth preparation course focused on how the pelvis opens and adapts during pregnancy and labor. Through breath, movement, and touch, you’ll learn practical ways to prepare the body and support labor with confidence and ease
Who
we are
Nurtured Body was created from years of working closely with pregnant bodies — listening, observing, and learning how people actually move, breathe, and respond as birth approaches.
Our work is rooted in an understanding of the pelvis, the nervous system, and the way the body opens and adapts during pregnancy and labor. We draw from pelvic health physical therapy, hands-on bodywork, and birth support, but our approach is gentle and practical rather than technical.
We believe preparation should feel steady and reassuring. Not rushed. Not overwhelming. Not filled with rules or performance. The body already knows how to give birth — our role is to help create the conditions that allow that process to unfold with more ease and trust.
Nurtured Body offers education that supports awareness, connection, and confidence. We focus on simple tools — breath, movement, touch, and presence — that can be returned to again and again as pregnancy and labor change.
There is no single right way to give birth. We honor choice, intuition, and the natural variability of each body and each experience.
